Operations & Customer Support Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help support the day-to-day operations of our trailer dealership and service shop. This position blends customer service, inventory management, paperwork, and service department coordination.

If you enjoy staying organized, working with systems, and helping customers from start to finish, this role offers steady work in a well-run, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Front Office Support

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Answer calls, respond to emails, and follow up as needed
  • Process customer checkouts and payments
  • Provide basic product and service information

Inventory & Sales Support

  • Work inside Blackpurl (inventory & business management system)
  • Help maintain accurate trailer inventory, pricing, and status updates
  • Assist with sales paperwork and documentation

Title & DMV Paperwork

  • Prepare and process title, registration, and lienholder paperwork
  • Coordinate with customers, banks, and DMV-authorized services
  • Ensure all documents are complete and accurate

Service Department Administration

  • Create and process service invoices
  • Track parts used, labor time, and job details
  • Coordinate with technicians to keep work orders accurate
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date service records

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and business software
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods
  • Customer-focused and dependable

Note: Experience with inventory systems, invoicing, or dealership/service environments is helpful but not required. We’re willing to train the right person.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with Blackpurl or similar inventory/ERP systems
  • DMV and title paperwork experience
  • Service or parts department background
  • Trailer, automotive, or equipment industry experience
